Title: Clearing Up the Confusion between the VETS-100 and VETS-100A Reports
To get a better understanding of the different reporting requirements, I have attempted to clarify the requirements under each regulation. The two regulations requiring the submission of the VETS-100 or VETS-100A report include: (1) the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act of 1974 (VEVRAA) and the (2) Jobs for Veterans Act of 2002 (JVA).
