It's Officially Over - Not More Blacklisting Regulations

Government contractors and subcontractors no longer have to report on violations of numerous labor and employment laws.

President Trump signed the Congressional Review Act (CRA) resolution on March 27, 2017 rescinding the implementing blacklisting regulations and at the same time revoked Executive Order 13673.  At the end of his administration, President Obama finalized the Fair Pay and Safe Workplaces Executive Order 13673.  The regulations would have required government sub/contractors to report alleged, unproven violations of 14 federal labor and employment laws.
