OFCCP Proposes Updated Sex Discrimination Rule


On January 30th, a NPRM will be published in the Federal Registry rescinding old sex discrimination guidelines. The new rules address a variety of barriers to equal opportunity and fair pay that women and others face in the workplace today, including compensation discrimination, sexual harassment, failure to provide workplace accommodations for pregnancy, and gender identity and family caregiving discrimination.

Public comment period will remain open until March 31, 2015.
